New surf rack out just in time for Holiday shopping
Endless Wave Surf Racks are the hottest new surf rack for wakesurfers. We tested this rack on a photo shoot and what a difference it made to not having boards all over the floor. This rack is designed to be mounted on top of swoop style towers. Unlike side mounted racks that only hold one board this rack won’t obstruct the drivers view and is designed to hold one to three boards. We put four boards on the rack, but for ease of getting boards on and off I would recommend no more than 3 boards per rack. Put two racks on your tower and get the entire quiver off the floor. Racks are made of aircraft grade 6061 aluminum, and available in clear, red or black anodized. Available at www.endlesswavesurfracks.com and www.thewakesurfshop.com Phone 847-864-4786

Tore Surfboards Hawaii enters the wakesurf scene with his Rocket Fish. This is our take on a classic design. It's slightly pulled nose loosens up the front end, while the double barrel concave creates lift and speed, making for a board that skates across flat sections. Available in twin or tri fin. Choose between FCS, Future, or glass on fins. North shore shaper/surfer Kent Senatore also builds custom boards. Check it out at www.toresurfboards.com

Another board builder joins the ranks from Canada. Fish Sticks Surfboards has added wakesurf boards to his line. After working closely with wakesurfer Andy Bean, Bob Ree owner/shaper of Fish Sticks will offer a new line of wakesurf boards early 2009. For more info, contact Andy Bean at awbean@sympatico.ca . Since 1979 William "Stretch" Riedel has been creating distinctive and innovative custom hand built boards for surfing, sailing, kiting, and tow surfing. After 4 years testing his wakesurf prototypes with professional surfer and wakesurfer Josh Mulcoy, “Stretch” throws his hat in the ring to become the wakesurf manufacturer of choice for custom built, performance epoxy boards. “Stretch”, named Surfing Magazine’s 2005 “Shaper of the year”, has recently added one new wakesurf design to his lineup. With the support from team riders like Nathan Fletcher, Jason Ratboy” Collins, Nat Young and others, it won’t be long before we see a complete line of wakesurf designs coming from this shaping room. The new Stretch Wakesurf board is available at www.thewakesurfshop.com and at www.stretchboards.com .
